AFC made it two wins in a row at a very wet Creasey Park on Tuesday night.
Rocko Tamplin had the hosts first shot on goal in the 17th minute, which was deflected into Tyler Josephs arms.
Six minutes later AFC took the lead when Louis Walsh turned in the area and drove his shot high into the net for his first goal for the club.
The lead was short lived as Biggleswade were awarded a penalty for a trip in the box and Dan Bons made now mistake on the half hour mark.
The visitors were the better team up to the break as AFC lost some fluency.
They did though come out with more urgency at the beginning of the second half and retook the lead with a fine side foot finish from Yoav Sade from 18 yards in the seven minutes in.
Tamplin broke free of the Biggleswade defence in the 69th minute to drill home an effort from just outside the area to give his team a 3-1 lead.
Biggleswade had a claim for a penalty turned down on 77 minutes before Bond got his second with six minutes left. Lawrie Marsh drove forward and played in his team mate who struck his shot past Seb Stacey.
Stacey an excellent save in the last minute of the game with Pat Staszewksi brilliantly clearing the follow up off the line to seal the points for AFC.
